We Provide Free Shipping All Over India for Prepaid Order. Cash On Delivery orders are charged Rs.50 extra for delivery charges.(This ₹50 charge is non refundable)

We usually take around 3-5 Business Days to Deliver the product Pan-India. The Tracking Information is usually available within 24 Hours of the placing the order.

RETURNS
IF your purchase does not match the description or the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved. 

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.

The refund usually take 2-4 Working days to process. Once the refund is initiated you will be notified with an e-mail.In case of a Cash On Delivery Order, CoD charges will be deducted from the order value and the balance amount will be refunded back to the customer. 

In case of refunds in combos wherein a discounted amount has been paid to us, upon cancellation/non availability of one item HALF the combo amount would be refunded back to the customer. 

For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos of the product and the packaging contents and email us at hello@glazeit.shop we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation. 

For returns of preinstalled products or products that are exactly as per the description and the user wishes to return them,a fee towards return charges will be applicable.

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product. Once the glass is removed from the backplate(or the plastic protector is removed from the back) / glass is installed on the phone, the damages will not be covered either.
